Having travelled extensively during the course of his photographic career Neil Farrin spent twenty years based in Hong Kong where he simultaneously ran Profile Photo Library with offices in Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore.

During his career Neil has worked on numerous advertising campaigns and editorial assignments with work published in various publications including Time, Newsweek, Forbes, Geo, National Geographic, Conde Nast and Fortune.

Neil’s images are marketed via several stock agencies including AWL, Alamy, Getty Images and Robert Harding and his personal photographic prints are available through this website.

 

Participation on numerous book projects has included A Day In The Life of Thailand, Here Be Dragons, Planet Vegas, Hong Kong Return To The Heart of The Dragon and A Day In The Life of New Zealand.

New Zealand The Millennium was a self published photographic book involving more than seventy local and international photographers with a foreword by Sir Edmund Hillary and introduction by Keri Hulme. This led to the opening of Shadowcatcher The Photographers’ Gallery in Auckland.

Neil divides his time between the Northern and Southern Hemisphere capturing the light characteristic to each producing images for clients, stock agencies and personal work that can be found on this website and ordered in the form of photographic prints.
